Abdominal Pain Need Some Ideas On What It Could Be?

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen every now and again its a bit of a sharp quick pain. It feels like there is a lump in there or a small ball of some sort. Im not contstipated I have had two bowel movements today but I usually dont have bowel movement for 3-5 days at a time. I dont feel sick, I do have a headache and my chest hurts a little. When I cough I can really feel the pain in my lower left abdomen and when I get wind. I have only had it for 24-48 hours. Why can't I speak after vocal rest? ?

There was one day when I had a slight sore throat. I have been having vocal practices, and I disregarded my sore throat and went for vocal practice with my friends and we got high, singing and occassional shouting for about 3 hours. After the practice, I realised that I had lost my voice. It didn't really hurt, but just that my voice couldn't come out much. For the next 5 days, I decided to give my voice a rest, talking only when needed. Initially, my throat didn't hurt, but at the 4th or 5th day, it starts to hurt slightly and my voice turns hoarse and still couldn't really speak up. So at the 5th day, I decided to see the doctor as I was afraid of vocal nodules. The doctor said that it was just vocal cords swallon due to singing with a sore throat. He told me to have vocal rest for 2 days and gave me some anti inflammatory medicine. I have already not spoken a word for the past 3 days, but today, when I tried to speak, my voice still seems to have some difficulty coming out. The voice isn't hoarse anymore, but when I try to speak my normal volume, my throat will hurt slightly. When my vocals aren't moving, it feels perfectly fine. I am gonna take a few more days vocal rest. Does anyone know what's wrong with my vocals? Why does it feel so difficult speaking now? I doubt it's vocal nodules as there isn't any lump in my throat. I have tried cover girl sensitive skin make up. I don't like it know cause its changed. Plus it doesn't have good coverage for me either. Its not enough. I have tried the Advanced Radiance Age-Defying Makeup. At first i liked it but i don't like it no more cause the last time i used it my face had up this burning feeling. I don't know why i felt that burning feeling when i applied the liquid foundation but i have stopped using it all together. Plus i don't like the powder foundation that goes with the Advanced Radiance Age-Defying make up cause it doesn't look right alone. You have to wear the liquid foundation with it to make it look good. I have also tried Physicians Formula Mineral Foundation Mineral Wear Makeup and well i liked it but it didn't last long at all. Plus i also used the translucent powder with it. I have even used Physicians Formula Gentle Cover Stick Concealer that didn't really work at all. And i used Physicians Formula Conceal Twin Creme Yellow/Light that didn't even cover my dark circles under my eyes. I have that cause of my allergies. The conceal cream didn't work either. Plus Physicians Formula is expensive too. I even tried Almay Smart Shade Makeup with SPF 15, Light/Medium 200 it worked but i don't remember why i stopped using it though. I have used Almay Line Smoothing Pressed Powder, Light/Medium 200. I don't remember why i stopped using it. I have ivory skin. So, a week ago I shaved my armpits and they kind of itched but i was busy so i didnt check or anything and then the next day i woke up and they hurt really bad so i looked in the mirror and they were so red that it looked like they were raw. So I put more salve on it and went to sleep and put MORE salve on the next day and then that night I couldn't handle it and asked my grandma (whom i live with) and she gave me diaper rash creme to put on it but it doesnt help and just makes my bed dirty and I can't WASH it off because APPARENTLY it won't come off with water so i have to WIPE it off and feel it burn and go through pain. SO i need to know what I should do because this sucks.

Ok so im really freaking out!! i'll start off by saying that im 25 years old and in great health. However I have been noticing the past month or two that my right breast has beed a little soar. Then today i was thinking that when im running on the treadmill (quite frequently) i put my ipod on and with no pockets i just tuck my ipod in my bra on top of my right breast! Could this have givin me cancer?!! Im really scared!! I know its rare for someone my age to get it but im still freaking out i have no history of breast cancer in my family. Now im having really strange tingling on my nipple and its really making me crazy! I cant even lay on my right side and it burns when i try to even pick up my arm to wash my hair! Worried With Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen And Chest?

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen every now and again its a bit of a sharp quick pain. It feels like there is a lump in there or a small ball of some sort. Im not contstipated I have had two bowel movements today but I usually dont have bowel movement for 3-5 days at a time. I dont feel sick, I do have a headache and my chest hurts a little. When I cough I can really feel the pain in my lower left abdomen and when I get wind. I have only had it for 24-48 hours. my sister found a lump in her breast and saw her doctor who referred her to a breast clinic for tests and once there she was given a scan,mammogram and had a biopsy,when she came home she said that after the scan and mammogram the doctors said it was cancer and was malignant but she had to wait a week for the biopsy results which she is getting later today.i along with my family and friends fully support her and are very upset knowing she has cancer especially as she is only 35 but my mother-in-law seems to think that the doctors will not know if the lump is malignant until she has the biopsy result and basically accused my sister of either lying or not knowing what she is talking about and her words have really upset me as i know my sister would never lie about this so i am hoping to prove to my in-laws that infact you can find out before the biopsy results so any help would be great,thanks

Lump on my dogs upper front leg?

He didn't help all that much. He was a strong believer in rugged individualism and thought that the government helping out individuals directly would destroy the morality of the country. So basically the only thing he did to help people out during the Great Depression was the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, which lent money to businesses but NOT to individuals directly. For about the last three years I've had pimple like bumps along my breast, and the area between my breast. They do not cause me pain, but me thinking I could get rid of them tried to pop them. Didn't work entirely. Some white discharge came out of 1 along with what seemed like a batch of hairs. And there are three along the side of my right breast that go in a straight line that were really tiny and inactive, staying the same size for over a year and then increasing to about pea size and the suddenly darkening the deflating. One Is comepletly gone with the only evidence of it being there is the discoloration. well Not really. Its there, but its flat. Which is how they started I think. I don't think they are tumors, They aren't that deep into the skin, not even 2 inches. Then Again wouldn't know the typical symptoms of tumors. I would ask my doctor about it, but i believe shes incompetent, plus I really don't feel comfortable exposing myself to anyone... Most of them, whatever they are, don't seem to have heads, and Like I said. They've been there for a really long time. On a side note, i've recently noticed I'm developing small lumps along my spine, also not painful. nor are the round. But they are flat. I'm sure its not related, but just a side note. I"m 18, slightly over weight. No Medicals problems that I've Known of besides low blood pressure

My mom left after I burned my hand really bad?

This morning I was making cookies for fathers day and my mom took them out of the oven and she got mad because she said they didn't look right and she tried to hand me the hot pan and it burned my hand really bad and I dropped it on the floor. She was mad because she didn't have time to clean it up and she left to go to church. I had to go through her bathroom to find burn creme by myself but I think it's either expired because it still hurts alot or my burn is too bad. The skin all down the side of my hand is blistered and peeling off. I wrapped it in plastic wrap with a bunch of the creme on it and have an ice pack on it. I just feel really bad because my hand is really hurt and when I called my mom for help, she told me not to call her at church and said I had to clean the kitchen and down stairs floors. Hi, I'm a girl and almost 15. A few days ago I noticed a hard, painful lump on the back of my head. It's at the bottom of my skull I think and at the top of my neck on the left side. It's maybe about an inch away from the middle of my left ear. It feels about the size of a quarter, maybe a little bigger. My mom looked at it and said it's a cyst but I read that cysts are softer than this. It hurts when I touch it and when I sleep on it and it doesn't move at all. Tiny jumping bug in my room?

Hello, so yesterday night I found a tiny ( and I mean TINY) bug that was a white-creme or a white-beige. It was about .2 by .2 of a cm, but possibly smaller. It seemed like just a gnat-like bug without wings. Though, this bug could jump very fast, almost like a flea, but much smaller. Anyways, back to my experience. So I found this bug on my computer desk at around midnight. I tried to squish it, but since it was so jumpy, it was very difficult. I finally smashed it, but it seemed as it had a hard casing around it because when I looked at my piece of paper (that's the only weapon I could find!) it wasn't there and I believed that it just got flung onto my pants or something. I just brushed off my pants and went on with my life. About a half an hour later, I sat on my bed with my cat across from me and I found the bug on my bed. Then, I found about 3 more! I almost thought they we falling from the ceiling, but they could of been falling from my hair, i don't know! So, I went to go tell my mother and ask if I could sleep in her room because there was no way I would sleep there tonight. My mom was fine with it and said that it was probably fleas. I've never seen one or had the experience, so I looked it up, but it wasn't the right bug. It isn't long and was super small. This weekend I found a soft lump , probably the size of a lime. Why am I so tired after a minor operation?

I had a tummy tuck with double hernia and muscle repair 11 months ago. I unfortunately had a bad bleed which resulted in me being rushed back to theatre for an emergency operation to fix it. As my surgeon had to go in quickly it left me with lumps on both ends of my scar. It took me 5 months to feel normal again, even the slightest thing made me tired for ages. I went back to my surgeon 4 days ago and under local he corrected the lumps and the incision was extended by about 2 inches either side.. As the local wore off the incisions became quite painful and I've become totally exhausted ever since. I feel tired all day and although I'm in pain from the surgery its obviously nowhere near as bad as last time and I didn't even have a general. Is it normal to feel this tired after something quite minor?

I really like the Bruce Eckel book Thinking in C++. It's free on line, though too it is older. Once you learn C++ (no small task) then you can tackle the features of Visual Studio Express. You first want to just do console apps in VS Express so you can focus on the C++ language. If you use Eckel's book, start with chapter three to get started then go back to the first two chapters.

Guilt and Anger - my dog died after getting neutered?

My dog was 12 yrs old. I brought him in to get him groomed(which is attached to vets)before I collected him they asked me to go in and see the vet. She said he was in pain and 'had' to have the operation to get neutered. He had lumps around his anus which bled sometimes or he scraped his bum along the ground. I knew that sometimes he was in pain and this was on my mind to bring him in. When she said this the lump in my throat. But I felt she was the vet and she knew best. So I said id think it over. Thing is I asked all my family n they were not really interested(family split up) although my dad said to leave him, but dad was sometimes old school mean so didnt really listen to him. I decided to go with it, they assured me they'd be watching him the whole time on a drip giving him oxygen etc..this didnt happen...My instingt told me he wasnt able for such an op, wasnt being walked enough and too old, however i felt id no1 to ask and felt silly asking people not everyone values animals(how v silly of me and this makes me so mad with myself) the night before the op i still wasnt sure - i told dad he was gonna decide when he came home from the pub - but unfortuately my brother turned up drunk banging on the door - he wasnt allowed in the house as he was too abusive etc..he wrapped on the door for hours until eventually we had to let him in - there was a row, my dog went into my bed for safety and peace - he trusted me. the next morning after v little sleep - i ordered my brother to bring the dog in for his app with the vet. I reluctantly went to work - v nervous ringing my brother to say im not sure about this but at like 10am that morning - they called me to say he was dead!!!!! I fel like the ground had been removed from underneath me - the worst thing that ever happened to me and iv had alot of bad things happen to me but i loved this dog to bits. he was walking and still eating he may have been in pain sometimes but no need to kill him. WHY DID THE VET HAVE TO REMOVE HIS TESTICLES SHOULD SHE NOT HAVE KNOW HE WAS TOO OLD FOR THIS! HE WAS STILL FRESHLY GROOMED - I COULDNT BELIEVE HE WAS LIFELESS - WHY DIDNT THEY JUST TAKE OUT THE LUMPS N LET HIM LIVE A BIT MORE??? Lump lower neck and torso?

How to get soft skin after tanning?

Agree with above answer... cut back on tanning. However, moisturizing after showering is really important. I don't buy the tanning salon moisturizers because they're overpriced and I don't even think the are a quality product. I use Cetaphil which you can get anywhere, non scented, hypo allergenic and keep my skin really soft. I get complimented on how soft my skin is but you have to do it religiously... everyday, especially your face.

Why am I having pain in my breasts since few days, they have also enlarged ever since?

My 16 year old Corgi has been struggling lately. She hasn't been able to make a bowel movement in 3 days. She won't eat her dog food, only scrambled eggs. She's drinking very little water. After she eats, she goes to the lawn like she's about to go, but nothing ever comes out of her. She has urinated, and doesn't seem to struggle with that. For a while now, it's seemed like she's had trouble with seeing and hearing. Yesterday, I put on rubber gloves and looked at her anus to see what's wrong, and it felt like there was an extremely hard lump in one area there. Last year, she had 14 of her teeth pulled because they were infected, so it's hard for her to chew. We wondered what is wrong with her, and what you think will happen to her.

Large hard lump under skin! Draining?

A week ago I got bite by something on the back side of my butt check! It itched so I scratched it! The next morning I couldn't lay on that side and it seemed to be growing! Now a week later it is the size of a softball and hurts like heck! I ended up popping it cause I felt too much pressure in it and thick blood and pus came out! Now my lymph nodes in my groin are swollen on that side! I'm on vacation so can't get to the dr for a couple days! What could it be? Should I keep draining it! I had a problem with my knee a few years ago when I was running. The doctor said that my kneecap is straight and should be crooked...I had to go to physical therapy to strengthen the muscles that tilt the kneecap. I recently took up running again...and have a similar pain so I figured that I would just need to work those muscles again. But today I noticed a hard lump (feels almost like the bone) that sticks out on my knee just below where the kneecap ends while the leg is straight. It doesn't hurt to touch but my knee does hurt a little to run on it. Any ideas what this could be?

Pain in left lower abdomen?

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen every now and again its a bit of a sharp quick pain. It feels like there is a lump in there or a small ball of some sort. Im not contstipated I have had two bowel movements today but I usually dont have bowel movement for 3-5 days at a time. I dont feel sick, I do have a headache and my chest hurts a little. When I cough I can really feel the pain in my lower left abdomen and when I get wind. I have only had it for 24-48 hours. I am overcautious when it comes to pain anywhere in my lower abdomen and I guess because its a dull pain, it feels like there is a lump or ball in there where the pain is and it kind of feels like its going to explode when i get wind or cough im just trying to get some opinions quickly as im worried about appendicitus although ive heard if you have that the pain is on the right side. Can doctors tell if this is breast cancer without the biopsy result?

my sister found a lump in her breast and saw her doctor who referred her to a breast clinic for tests and once there she was given a scan,mammogram and had a biopsy,when she came home she said that after the scan and mammogram the doctors said it was cancer and was malignant but she had to wait a week for the biopsy results which she is getting later today.i along with my family and friends fully support her and are very upset knowing she has cancer especially as she is only 35 but my mother-in-law seems to think that the doctors will not know if the lump is malignant until she has the biopsy result and basically accused my sister of either lying or not knowing what she is talking about and her words have really upset me as i know my sister would never lie about this so i am hoping to prove to my in-laws that infact you can find out before the biopsy results so any help would be great,thanks

Lumps under arm pit...advice?

Hello, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and noticed a few days ago that I had some lumps under my right armpit. Went to docs and she checked them and said they are likely to be swollen lymph nodes and I had a little temp. I found later that there is another lump slightly further down that not sure she felt. How to Turn dark brown hair to light brown?

My hair was dark brown with blonde chunky streaks in the front. I bought some color fix and put it all over my hair. I probably shouldnt have put it on the blonde area but I wasnt thinking. When I took it off, it was very un even so put it on again. When i took the color fix off, it left my hair a red color. I bought 2 bottles of dark ask blonde hair dye with 20 volume creme. I only needed to use 1 of them. When I took it off, it can green where the blonde used to but the rest of it turned brown again. Not as dark brown but still brown. Can I put the other bottle of dark ash blonde on it to get it a little lighter or will this turn my hair green again?
