Belly changed shape for a little bit, Is that normal 23 weeks?

That's totally normal. It's just your baby shifting around in there. What you probably saw was either your baby's little head or bottom. My belly was always lopsided because of how much my daughter shifted around. Nothing to worry about, though. Congrats! :)
