I just got a tattoo I used band-aid antibiotic rinse on it . ?

I got my first tattoo and there's so many things you can use to keep it clean well I found some band - aid antiseptic wash in my bathroom so I just soaked my tattoo in that until it dried then applied some oxyphor creme . I'm just trying to make sure the band-aid stuff I used was alright to apply to my tattoo .
