Why is the right side of my face numb?

After a stressful headache on Sunday, i woke up Monday with a lump under my chin on the right side and that side of my face feels numb as if i went to the dentist. I can feel it in my gums and my ears feel tingly and funny. Im a lil worried so i made a dr appt, but i still wanted to ask you all online as well. No smart answers plz becuz im not the one. Lets be grown and give mature answers. Thank you.
