PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!?

I hit my wrist on a dumpster when I was helping my gma. There is a lump and part of my wrist has shifted down! What happened?!?!? Don't say well go to the doctor I am 12 I asked my mom and she hasn't txted me back! What happened my gma looked at it and said that I might have popped a vessel. But no more she didn't even touch it. It is excruciating when I move it. I just want to fix this will I need a cast or brace?
