Could this be a cyst & should I go to the doctor?

It sounds kind of suspicious and not a usual place for something strange to occur. I do believe you should see a doctor if you don't want your mom looking at it to determine what it might be. Kind of embarrassing I know, but necessary. It could be a cyst, a growth, something else.
