Teens why is my history book bias?

we were in history class today and i told my teacher that the history book was bias against herbert Hoover and made FDR look like a better President, so he said lets take a vote, so only me and one other person in the class of like 30 students thought that Herbert Hoover was better. Teens isn't this a liberal bias!
