Lumps under arm pit...advice?

Hello, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and noticed a few days ago that I had some lumps under my right armpit. Went to docs and she checked them and said they are likely to be swollen lymph nodes and I had a little temp. I found later that there is another lump slightly further down that not sure she felt. This one feels possibly slightly harder a bit like a pea. I'm gonna go back to the docs, but can anyone give me some reassurance as I am worried its something serious, I'm 24 x Thanks
