What's wrong with me? I have a yellow lump on the right of my vagina.?

I have a yellow lump on the inside of my vagina, on the right when I pull back the lips. I'm 16, have not started my periods and am a virgin. I also get a yellow discharge with a smell and pain and itching down below. Please help, I'm too embarrassed to see a doctor!!!!
