What does a CT scan outcome of "found nothing specific" mean? i still have a lump bleow my jaw.?

the lump is on the left side under my jaw, i was told it was in my lymph node. should still be worried. i have an appointment with an ENT the end of July. i am not comfortable with waiting that long with this thing in my lymph node.
