Will I start my period soon?

Okay I'm 10 turning 11 this August. I'm going to 6th grade now. And I had vaginal discharge since 4th grade and it's been a lot. I have lots of pubic hair. I'm the shortest in my class. I'm 4 foot 5. I weigh 70-80 pounds. My breast are 1 inch from my chest. I have acne.(I do use creme) I am active. Oh my mom started when she was 14.
