What kind of bat is this?

I live in Northern florida and found a bat that I think is hurt. I am trying to identify the bat but cannot quite place the name. it has multicolored splotchy fur that ranges from light brown to a redish to brown-creme. It has a white underbelly and the ears stick out in almost a pointed oval and are a light brown. Can anyone tell me what bat this is so I know what to feed him and everything?
