Please help, how do I treat this?

I think I may have an ingrown hair. Basically I've been shaving for over a year now. And now I have a lump on my vagina, its been there nearly 2 weeks. I had one before also but went away and left a very faint purple mark. However this lump is red, doesn't hurt unless pushed down, looks like a white head sometimes and shiny other times, if its an ingrown hair how do I treat it, and if its not, what is it?! Help!
