Club Penguin Missions?

I play on Club Penguin to help my little brother get the badges or the stamps or whatever they are called. But we were looking and we saw that there were some for completing special missions, like the puffle mission, the coin mission, the various Herbert missions. We were looking all over the island and we cant find where the place is to play the missions. Do you know where they are?
