Please help, my kitty has a hole!?

If there is a smallish hole with no fur around, its either an abcess or a wirble worm.. Get some lubracant and put some on the hole if its a warble worm it will come out to get air, and grab it with a pair of tweesers then after its out put epsom salt in a bowl of warm water put a papertowel in it and put it on the hole for about 10 min... If nothing comes out its an abcess.. The lub wont hurt it, so get epsom salt and put it in a bowl of warm water, get a papertowel and get it wet hold it on the hole for about 10 min it will draw all the infection out, thats all you can do everyday do the same thing, it will start to heal then he will be ok... Hopefully this helps, i had this happen to my cat twise and she had an abcess, shes all better now today.. Oh and before i forget if your cat has alot of fur on his neck to clean the hole your gunna have to shave some fur around the hole so while its healing theres no fur getting in it to affect it..
