What could this be??? Is it serious?

Ok so about 4 days ago I noticed something near my nose, it seemed to be like a pimple or something but when I squeezed it, nothing came out. It's not red and it hurts when I press on it. And today I noticed that its growing.... I think. It has deffinately spread a little below my nose. What could this be? And do you think it is serious? ( it'd kind of like a tiny lump)
