Small, painful lumps in arm?

Has anyone had these? I do have lipomas in other parts of the body, but I now have two painful but small lumps in my upper arm. One seems to be under, but not attached to, a mole. I have a tendency to be a hypochondriac, so I am trying not to run to the doctor since I do have lipomas.
