PLEASE HELP ME.!!! Hair Dye Problem.?

Ok,So Three Months Ago I Dyed My Hair Using L'oreal Paris Creme Gloss Royal Jelly Berry Red Number 565 Semi-Permanant. Three Months On It's Not Washing Out.!! I've Tried Dying Over It Using My Natural Hair Colour Blonde,But Nothing Happened.I Now Have Red/Orange Hair With Blonde Roots. How Can I Remove The Colour,I have tried Baking Soda And Washing Up Liquid. I Don't Want To Damage My Hair By Bleaching It. Has This Happened Yo Any Of You Guys.? What Should I Do..I'm Only A Student So I Don't Have Money To Go To The Hairdresser Or To Spend On Expensive Products That Might Not Work.
