Could anyone tell me what this dream means?

I had a dream that I was with my ex boyfriend (who I regret leaving so bad) and we might have been making love I can't remember. What I do remember as that I had my shirt off and he was massaging my breast and he noticed that I had a lump on my breast. I looked down and had a 2nd nipple on the same breast! What does that mean?
