Whats the best to define the curls you already have naturally?Gel,creme, or Mouse?

I have extremely curly hair but most of the times when i dont do anything to it the curls are alittle wild and frizzy. What is the best product to use on my naturally curly hair that will keep away frizz and shape the curls nicely? What is better gel?creme?or Mouse?
