How do you get your stories/novels published?

Don't worry too much about getting published until you have a completed work. Then you should look for an agent because most publishing houses won't take you seriously without one. Their job is to get you published. When you're finished, get a book called The Writer's Market - it comes out every year. You can buy it on Amazon or get it from the library and it lists all agents and publishing houses. Then write query letters to agents that deal in horror and hope for the best. Lots of luck!
