Help. I think I have cancer.?

I am 16. At the beginning of the year, my neck hurt really, really bad. The front of it was painful when I looked up or moved fast. It felt like a lot of little lumps that felt kind of like hard jello? After 3 day it went away and a month or 2 later I noticed that there were 2 lumps like that next to my lymph nodes. They haven't gone away and they only hurt when you press hard on them. I am really scared, I don't want to go to the doctor... there are too many good things in my life right now. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks 10 pts best
