Friend died, i cant stop crying?

well, she wasn't really a friend. more like a stranger. well. she died today in a jet ski accident. everyone, i mean everyone is heart broken. there is fan pages about her, people posting her pictures as theirs, everyone posting statuses about her on facebook. [im one of those people doing all that too] i CANNOT stop crying. once i talk about it, i break down in tears & i get a lump in my throat. i am so sad right now, like i feel NOTHING will go right. i just need help. WHAT CAN I DO. :'(
