What are some dessert recipes?

I am bored and love to cook but don't know what to cook. I need some recipes that aren't super easy and everyday like cookies or a simple kinda of cake. I mad Carmel flan the other day and I need another idea. I was going to do creme br�l�e but I don't have a torch for the top. Any other ideas?
