Small lump behind my right ear?

Alright so I just noticed it recently and i'm not sure how long it's been there, it's not bigger than a possible bug bite but it's not itcy what so ever. It's really tiny. It's not painful. I've never had any cancer or serious illness except I had bronchitis once when I was like 12, i don't know if that has to do with anything. My allergies have been acting up a bit lately, could that possibly be it?
